These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by El Ghorba LLC ("El Ghorba", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide personalized one-on-one online Arabic language education focused on spoken dialect (Método 3raby Sehel). Services consist of live individual classes delivered by video conference, together with supporting learning materials and student support. Each student's program is tailored to their level, goals, and availability. The specific number of classes, schedule, and duration are agreed upon before purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase our services. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information.

3. Pricing and payment

Services are sold as class packs or fixed-length programs. Because every program is individual, the price depends on the number and frequency of classes, starting at USD 300. The final price is confirmed to you in writing before payment. Payment is made upfront, in full, for the agreed pack or program. There are no recurring or automatic charges.

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

4. Delivery of services

After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation by email and we will coordinate your class schedule with you, normally within 48 hours. Classes take place online via video conference at the agreed times. Learning materials are shared digitally.

5. Scheduling, rescheduling, and missed classes

Classes may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are counted as taken. If we need to reschedule a class, we will offer you a new time at no cost.

6. Intellectual property

All course content and materials are owned by El Ghorba LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, resell, share, or distribute them without our written permission. Classes may not be recorded without the instructor's consent.

7. Code of conduct

We expect respectful behavior during classes and in all communications. We may suspend or terminate services, without refund, in cases of abusive conduct.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Language learning results depend on individual effort and practice, and we do not guarantee any specific level of fluency. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes do not affect programs already purchased.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This Privacy Policy explains how El Ghorba LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and any information you share about your learning goals.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We receive only limited details, such as the payment status and the last four digits of your card.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type, device, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

• To schedule and deliver your classes and materials.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To communicate with you about your program, schedule changes, and support requests.
• To send educational content and offers, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• To improve our website and services.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business, such as payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, video conferencing, and website hosting, or when required by law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep the website working and to understand how visitors use it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work properly.

5. Data retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent to marketing communications, by contacting us at [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free class

The introductory video class is free and requires no payment.

2. Class packs and programs

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided you have taken no more than 2 classes. After this period, or once more than 2 classes have been taken, payments are non-refundable.

3. No recurring charges

All purchases are one-time payments for a specific class pack or program. There is no subscription to cancel, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase a new pack or program.

4. Cancellations by us

If we are unable to deliver classes you have paid for and cannot reschedule them, you will receive a refund for the classes not delivered.

5. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the email used for your purchase, and the pack or program name. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the funds.
